Can we appoint you for only one service?
Yes. Every service on this page can be appointed on its own. Clients often start with a concept or an approval route and extend the scope once the working relationship is established.
Do you handle the authority submissions yourselves?
Yes. Submissions to DMT, ADDC, Estidama and Civil Defence are prepared, submitted and defended by our own team. Comments come back to the people who drew the sheet, which is why they get closed quickly.
We already have an architect overseas. Can you still help?
That is exactly what the Architect of Record service is for. Your studio keeps design authorship; we take on UAE code compliance, local documentation and the authority relationship.
How long does a villa take from brief to permit?
It depends on the plot, the brief and the authority, but a typical private villa runs three to five months from first brief to building permit. We give you a stage-by-stage programme before you sign anything.
Do you work outside Abu Dhabi?
Yes. The practice has delivered work across seven countries, with the current core of the portfolio in the UAE. Overseas work is scoped case by case.
What do we receive at the end of each stage?
A defined, listed deliverable — drawings, schedules, specifications or approvals — agreed in the appointment before the stage starts. No stage closes on a verbal summary.
