What we are
A consultancy built
as one office.
P+A Design is a design consultancy, not a design-and-build contractor and not a broker of sub-consultants. Architecture, interior design, structural engineering, MEP and authority approvals are staffed in-house, in the same office, on the same drawing set.
That structure is the product. The reason clients appoint the practice is rarely a signature style — it is that the coordination has already happened by the time a drawing reaches them, and that the same team stays on the project through approvals, site works and handover.
The practice works at both ends of the market: private villas and majlis for individual clients, and documentation-heavy developer and institutional appointments where compliance carries as much weight as the concept.

Architecture, interiors, structure, MEP and approvals sit under a single appointment, so there is no gap between scopes for a problem to fall into.

Design stages, authority submissions and site works are planned against the same dates rather than negotiated between separate consultants after the fact.

The person who explains a decision to you is the person whose team drew it. Nothing is deferred to a partner practice.

Coordination happens inside the studio before issue, which is why our drawings survive a contractor, a site engineer and an inspector.

Concept
Site analysis, the client brief and a design concept grounded in orientation, climate and context — before anyone opens a material board.

Design development
Schematic and detail design across architecture, interiors and engineering, developed as one solution rather than three that have to be reconciled later.

Approvals
Authority submissions and Architect of Record duties handled end to end, with the code open on the desk from the first sketch rather than after the first rejection.

Execution
Project management, contractor coordination, site supervision and fit-out works through to snagging and handover.

Concept, massing and the building itself, with the interior designed by the same team at the same time.

Local documentation and authority-facing support for international design teams entering the UAE. You keep the design; we take responsibility for the code.

The sectors differ in programme and in who signs off. The level of documentation does not change between them.
Residential & villa
Private villas, majlis and family homes, including the Desert Villa Majlis in Al Ain and residential work across Reem Island, Jubail Island and Saadiyat.
Hospitality
Hotel and guest-facing interiors where the detail has to survive daily commercial use, including a 5-star hotel and penthouse in Odessa.

International design teams entering the UAE can appoint P+A Design purely as Architect of Record: you keep authorship of the design, and the practice takes responsibility for local documentation, code compliance and the authority-facing process end to end.
