Your message goes to the studio inbox. An architect reads it — there is no qualification form and no sales call before you speak to someone who can answer.

We come back with questions or a fee
If the brief is clear enough, you get the services you need, a stage programme and a fee. If it is not, you get the two or three questions that would make it clear.

Usually within two working days
Abu Dhabi runs Monday to Friday. A message sent over the weekend is answered early in the following week.

The site
Plot number, emirate or city, and the plot area if you have it. A location changes the code, the climate response and the approvals route more than anything else you can tell us.
What you want built
Villa, majlis, hotel, office, fit-out. One line is enough at this stage — we are not asking for a brief document.
Where you are in the process
Idea, plot purchased, concept already drawn, or a design that needs an Architect of Record. This decides which services you actually need.
Your programme
A target handover date, a Ramadan or Eid constraint, a lease expiry. Dates shape the approvals strategy, so tell us early rather than late.
